Heathly Homemade Pancakes!
So I had these for my breakfast and they were soo delicious (they may not look too appealing but trust me they make up for it in the tase) I have to share the recipe. These healthy banana pancakes are a good breakfast or to snack on in the day. They are so easy to make, and only require two ingredients.
- 1 - 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
1. Cut the banana(s) into thin slices then mash then together with a fork until mushy.
2. Add one egg into the Banana(s) and whisk using your fork or for better mixing a whisk, then add the other egg and repeat process. (You will still have banana chunks in your mixture but that gives the pancakes a better texture)
3. Heat a frying pan, use 1kcal spray or coconut oil for healthier option.
4. Once heated after 10 seconds, on a low heat add 1-2 spoons of mixture to create bites which are easy to eat.
3. On a low heat after 30 seconds, flip over so both sides are cooked properly and repeat this until both sides are golden brown.
4. Once they are golden take them out the frying pan and let to cool for a 1 minute, then you are ready to eat!
You can add sugar or syrup but remember these are healthy and sweet enough without them.
Depending on the size of your pancakes you can make 12 mini pancakes, and only has 250 kcal for all of them! Yummy!
